Wizard of Oz Costumes! PLEASE HELP I’M DESPERATE!!!?

I'm playing Dorothy in The Wizard of Oz. I need a NOT CORNY blue ginham dress AND a black ginham dress. I also need cute Ruby Red Slippers that won't slip off of my feet when I'm dancing or flying (lifting us up in the tornado) PLEASE SEND LINKS or RECOMENDATIONS THANKS!!!!

You don't mention what size you wear, but I found a store that has ruby slippers in a mary jane style so there is a strap over the top of your foot to keep them in place and they have all sizes. Everybody else had just the slip on kind with no strap. Here is the link to them. Sorry, it is a long link.

There are a few of the dresses listed that aren't the "sexy" ones. Almost everything I found was super short and skimpy, but hopefully one of these will be your size.
