Sad, isn't it? Those witch costumes perpetuate so many myths about witches. Like we really wear black or pointed hats, have warts, green faces, or ride on brooms. Though brooms are helpful in sweeping negative energy from a space.
Oh well. It's just for one day, right? And maybe a few people who dress as witches really learn a little about true witches and the ideas they believe in like peace, healing, and positive energy.
