Me and my friends are dressing up as characters from The Wizard Of Oz. How should I make my Scarecrow Costume cute and sexy (not overly sexy, though)??

Just buy a dress and shirt with autumn colors, along with felt with bright colors and with patch designs.
Cut up the felt into squares and sew it on the dress and shirt.
You could also make the hat using felt.
You could also get some hay and put it inside the sleeves, and sew some felt on the inside of the sleeves so that your skin doesn't rub with the hay all night.

You can do something like this. adding patches to a skirt brown boots a straw hat.
