Munchkin costume helppppppp?

I'm dressing up as a munchkin from the Wizard of Oz for Halloween. I have suspenders, a purple and white striped polo, khaki colored shorts, and purple tights.

I was thinking about converses for shoes, but I'm not sure.

Do you think this would look okay? And how should I do my makeup and hair? What shoes?

If you have any suggestions, feel free to tell me. I want my costume to look cute

By the way, I have very short layered hair. It doesn't curl easily and it's hard to put up

The clothes sound perfect. Use cheap blush and put one big circle on each of your cheeks,Maybe wear lip gloss and put your hair up in pigtails (If its too long, curl it a little) You'll win a costume contest for sure.

If you want to add extra affect,try wearing striped stockings and add freckles.
